FCR V5 w/ A2A Comanche

I recently purchased FCR V5 and really like the product. With the new A2A Comanche in MSFS, the interaction with FCR V5 is fine, however, I noticed there are problems with the landing gear retraction, specifically, the nose wheel retraction. What I do not understand is sometimes the retraction/extension process works perfectly; other times there is a significant lag with the landing gear nosewheel retraction. I know the A2A design is somewhat unique as much is designed outside MSFS parameters. 

Since this a very popular aircraft, I'm really looking forward to other comments.
