key press to repeat while held remains blank

I programmed two keys for trim and I use:" voice key press to repeat while held" and click ok, but when i reload the button, "the voice key press to repeat while held" remains blank...where is my mistake? I attach my fsuipc.ini. I changed PC, now I have win11, in the other win 10...pheraps is this the problem?

The key press to repeat while held applies to the key sent on button press, not release. As you have nothing assigned to the press, only on release, the repeat option doesn't matter and so is not saved. Try assigning to the press instead of the release.
