Makerunway issue

Hi Pete how are you ?

I used to have a folder called MR in my desktop with Makerunways.exe and a scenery.cfg file with the paths for all my P3d sceneries (pics attached), and makerunways worked just fine, generating the g5 and r5 files that sim-avionics uses to retrieve gate info. I've changed PCs, created the same folder with the same files, but now I get an error message saying FAILED TO MAKE ALL THE DATA FILES.

What could be causing this error ?

Take a look at the log  ("Runways.txt"). That shows everything it did (and tried to do).

You should download the latest Makerunways release too -- yours appears to date beck to 2017!

Except with MSFS you should run MakeRwys in the main FS root folder -- the one with the sim's EXE file. And you need the Lorby export program there too -- it is included in the downloadable ZIP. The "scenery.cfg" file is obtained from where it is maintained by FS, and the Lorby program adds whever might be added in Add-on files.
