HighTechGG Posted June 23 Report Posted June 23 (edited) *** Moved to main support forum *** Hello, after I updated Windows 10 with the latest security updates, this error appeared below and FSX crashes and exits, and FSX only opens if I don't run FSUIPC.DLL, how can I solve this? Edited June 25 by John Dowson Moved to main support forum
John Dowson Posted June 25 Report Posted June 25 First, you posted in the wrong forum for FSUIPC support - you posted in the support forum for the .Net client dll. I have moved your post, but please take care post in the correct forum for support. What version of FSX are you using? i.e. what is 'Flight Simulator X-BR'? If that is the beta version (build 63003), please see: Although I would recommend not using that version.... Otherwise, please show me/attach your FSUIPC4 Install.log file.
HighTechGG Posted July 4 Author Report Posted July 4 Hello, sorry for the error in the wrong forum. FSX 10.0.61472.0 I can already tell you that I've had FSX for 14 years, it took me 4 years to get it adjusted and error-free. The installation I have is the same as 14 years ago. I started with Windows 7 and then migrated to Windows 10, but without formatting anything, because I had more than 700 scenario entries and I couldn't format them to solve problems or migrate operating systems. , as it would take years to leave FSX as it is today. I changed PCs 3 times and all this without formatting anything on Zero. I fly for hours without crashes, I also think that my FSX is the biggest and oldest installed in the world lol, it has 6 TERABYTES of data divided into 5 SSDs. Today I have more than 1400 scenario entries, I spent a lot of money on Add-ons and I like FSX because it is in my Portuguese language, including ATC, something that is not available in MSFS 2020 yet. FSUIPC is your masterpiece, I use it for more than 10 pieces of equipment that I have installed, if you wish I have the License that I bought at Simmarket I've always solved Crash problems over 14 years of FSX, but I'm not able to do this with FSUIPC and I need your help, I know you like what you do, just like me. Considerations, after the Windows 10 June update, which started this Crash, and I noticed that when I run AS16 it results in the crash in the dll below " Faulting application name: fsx.exe, version: 10.0.61472.0, timestamp: 0x475e17d3 Failing module name: FSUIPC4.dll_unloaded, version: 4.9.7.7, timestamp: 0x619e37c3 Exception code: 0xc0000005 Fault offset: 0x000c7110 Faulting process ID: 0x1d70 Failed application start time: 0x01dacda6594a1f43 Faulting application path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\fsx.exe Faulting module path: FSUIPC4.dll Report ID: ffef6837-7a41-4d73-9546-8d78389b5208 Full name of the failed package: Application ID relative to the failed package: So, what do you think it could be? You know, I can even go back to an old backup that I always make every 15 days of the entire FSX main SDD, but I would like to resolve it, because in any case, I will have to update Windows 10 again. I already tried the solution: NoWeatherAtAll=Yes " in the [General] section and it didn't work Thank you in advance
John Dowson Posted July 4 Report Posted July 4 Can you also show me / attach your FSUIPC4.log file. Do you know what changed to cause this issue? There has been no change on FSX for many years (apart from installer updates). Can you take a look at the following FAQ entries:
