ALT + F conflicting with MSFS 2024 flashlight binding

I never knew there was a binding to open up FSUIPC and was baffled that it opens up when I tried to turn on the MSFS 2024 flashlight. (ALT + F by default)

Is there a way of deactivating or changing the FSUIPC keybinding. Because I couldn't find any and I really don't need it.

Yes - please see the section called FSUIPC7 Hot Key in the FSUIPC7 User manual.
