Unable to reinstall purchased product

I've purchased FSUIPC for Prepar3d v5, I have Order Nr and Key.

Due  PC problems I've formated my PC.

Now, If I try to download again my FSUIPC, it becomes impossible, system ask me to pay again, requesting my credit crd again.

May I'm doing something wrong?
