Hello together,

I like to compare the FSUIPC6 offsets with the Project Magenta 737Systems sysvar offsets. I suspect that there must be differences because all mechanical gauges in my CPflight overhead panels are not working (CPflight hardware test is okay). But I can´t check the effected offsets because the myOffsets.text file in the FSUIPC6 installation folder is missing.

In the FSUIPC6 log file I find the following information:

22844 Offset file 'C:\FSUIPC6\myOffsets.txt' not found (info only)

Sim Version: Prepar3d v5.4

Kind regards

Peter

Do you know what the myOffsets.txt file is used for? This is NOT installed by the FSUIPC, and is only present when created or installed by the user. If its not there, you are not using one. This file is for a user to add simvars to free/spare FSUIPC offsets.

Not sure what you mean by this. The Project Magenta offset areas are:
    0x04E0 - 0x0537
    0x5400 - 0x5FFF

What offsets hold is defined in the Offset Status document.

Hi John,

thanks for you your quick response. So I will copy the PM 737System sysvar into the FSUIPC v6 folder and will rename it to myOffsets.txt ??

Kind regards

Peter

No - why would you want to do that? I am pretty sure that is not in the correct format. As I said, there are already offsets allocated to PM.

Forget about the myOffsets.txt file. What is your actual issue? If the problem is with your CPFlight device, check this support forum for similar issues.

Hello John,

thanks for your very quick reponse  and your patience with my ignorance. In my opinion my problem must have something to do with the offsets, as the CPflight hardware works perfectly in test mode. Thanks again for your support.

Kind regards

Peter
