Registration Key Invalid

Hello, I have followed the instruction on the invalid key portion of the installation guide and I have still not been able to register this program. I have even created my own key which also did not work. I installed the updated windows redistributables and still nothing. What can I do?

All issues with registration are either due to:
   - not entering the correct details
   - not having the correct VC++ redistributables installed
   - anti-virus software blocking the validation
   - using unicode rather than ascII
   - trying to use a key for a different version of FSUIPC

If you have checked all those (and make sure that you have downloaded and installed the latest VC++ redistributables) and still have issues, please let me know your order number and I will check it here. Do NOT post your key details.

i have same issue only its not for me its for friend i did team viewer session yesterday  he is new in to flight sim he is on windows 11 he have purchased license i can not register it i have turned off all antivirus i have downloaded aswell VC++2015 2019

Please follow the instructions provided in my previous comment on this topic...

Note this has been reported thousands of times, and it is ALWAYS due to user error not following the instructions...

You can also try manually creating the key file (details in the Installation and Registration guide). Does it register if you do this (the registration details will be pre-populated in the UI if you manually create the key file)? If you run FSUIPC7 with the key file present,  does it run as a registered version?

hi john yeah sorry 😅did not know that pete was retired witch   VC++ redistributables need to be installed 2015 2017 2019 ? 

thanks john for you help i have maked manual key file gonna let you know if it works best regards

All of them - as it says in many, many places, you need to install the latest combined VC++ redistributable package for 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2022.
And if you haven't done that, then you haven't read the Installation and Registration guide - please do that! From the documentation:

You can download the latest combined redistributable package from the following site:

It is recommended to uninstall any of the 2015, 2017, 2019 or 2022 VC++ redistubutables that you already have installed (using the Windows App management panel), and download and install/run both the x86 and x64 packages from that link.

Well if it works when you create the key manually, it means that you had previously entered the details incorrectly...
