DaAviator Posted February 10 Report Posted February 10 Morning all, Recently ran into an issue and can't figure out the solution for life of me. Never have I had this happen to me. Issue: when I assign a "tiller axis" to any A/C in the sim (PMDG, FENIX, FBW, etc..) once I start increasing the throttle, my aircraft starts turning hard left. But only when increasing Throttle2. Nothing happens when I increase Throttle1. However, once I un-assign the tiller axis, the issues goes away. I have even tried changing assignments on the tiller. I've even tried re-installing the sim and completely re-installing FSUIPC. Also removing all folders. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
John Dowson Posted February 10 Report Posted February 10 Please show me / attach your ini and log files, the latter showing your issue (i.e. with logging for Axes Controls activated). Note that as a new user, you will have a very low upload limit. Compress the files but if still too large you will need to use a (free) file transfer service.

Let me know if those are the ones that you are looking for. FSUIPC7.ini FSUIPC7 copy.txt.bz2
John Dowson Posted February 10 Report Posted February 10 As your issue is with FSUIPC7, you should use the FSUIPC7 support sub-forum. I will move this post. There are no axes controls logged in the log file - please set logging for Axes Controls and attach a log showing your issue. Also, please ALWAYS exit FSUIPC7 before attachubg files. You should also switch to using substrings for your aircraft names, to prevent issues with profiles not loading when using variants. Change Quote [Profile.PMDG 737 FAMILY] 1=PMDG 737-800 American Airlines (N902NN | 2018 | Flag Tail) to Quote [Profile.PMDG 737 FAMILY] 1=PMDG 737-800 and Quote [Profile.FENIX FAMILY] 1=Fenix A319 - American Airlines 'Silver-Mica' N775XF (2024) 2=Fenix A319 - American Airlines 'Silver-Mica' N815AW (2024) to Quote [Profile.FENIX FAMILY] 1=Fenix A319 etc Do this for all your profiles (i.e. use substrings of the aircraft name). You should get into the habit of editing the aircraft name each time you add one to a profile.

John, Got it, didn't know that was an issue since I've never came across that before. Been using FSUIPC since FSX lol. Will resend you a new log file shortly. I will also work on cleaning up those profiles / substrings.
DaAviator Posted February 12 Author Report Posted February 12 Afternoon John, Please see attached. I cleaned up the profiles as per your instructions but I am still having this issue. Just noticed as well that it happens between 40% N1 and 60% N1. And only on throttle increase and not decrease. I'm trying to upload the events but it's telling file size is too big. Tried compressing as well but no luck. Any other way I can share it with you?

DaAviator Posted February 13 Author Report Posted February 13 Afternoon John, You can close this one out sir. After all this, there was nothing wrong with FSUIPC. It's on my end. The issue is with my X-55 throttle quadrant. Thank you so much for the time and apologies for the trouble!
