FSUPIC Win 11 Steam Error

Hi, New to this forum so apologies if this is a same topic elsewhere on here ! 

Appreciate if you can help with this error seen on launching F7 icon for MSFS24 : - Steam://rungameid/2537590 

Before MSFS2024 came out I was using the FSUPIC app to display the radiopanel Pro version app (tried the free one too - same result) on an android device fine in 2020, now having both flight sims when 24 came along I updated to the latest FSUPIC program and chose the dual sim option to install both app / with desktop icons. 24 throws the error above and 20 continues with no error but both do not show on the android device, tried reinstalls of FSUPIC and removed all Steam programs from my pc I have a MS subscription, reboot and still get the error, I believe this is stopping the connectivity working to the tablet.  Any help would be appreciated as I remember loving the radio panel app  !  Thanks

on looking at the installer log is does say:

MSFS2020 MS Store version detected
MSFS2024 Steam version detected

I have a xbox pc pass subscription

Also check FsPanel Server and installed newest ver v3.02B  no difference and that report -connecting to Fsupic.....

If it is detecting a steam version and you have an MS Store version, this is because you have a UserCfg.opt file in the following location:

  <user>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024\UserCfg.opt

Delete or rename that file and re-install.

That worked John thanks but it also made me realise that I had in fact 2 installs of fsuipc already in my D drive where I installed MSFS for separate 20 & 24 versions that worked already!😩 I had to reinstall both as they were an earlier version of your program and all is well again - cheers !
