Dear Mr. Dawson

I have a full size and what I regard as a professional Boeing 737-800 sim and have been using FSUIPC in all my sim platforms through the years, FSX, P3D vers 1,2,3,and 4, and now in MSFS2020. I have CP flight components, the overhead is connected via a FDS SYS card, I use Bodnar and Pokeys, and a CFY throttle one CP CDU via LAN and one conventional FDS CDU. Computer is 1 1/2 years old with a 4090 card and a powerful processor.

After the sim being idle for 1 1/2 months, I start it, and in Prosim, FSUIPC lights up red and does not connect.

I updated to the newest FSUIPC, but Prosim still shows a red FSUIPC, switches do not work and the sim is in pause mode.

I do not know what to do next, what do I have to send you in order to receive assistance in resolving this problem. Hope you can and will help.

Regards, and thanks from Denmark

Is FSUIPC actually running? First, check that.

If it is running, check your FSUIPC7.log file and read the following post:

If you are still having difficulties after that, please show me / attach your FSUIPC7.log file.
