I have FSUIPC version 4.703 paid for license. I just bought a new throttle and I am told to upgrade to 4.84.
If I upgrade, will I have to change all the settings, calibrations etc all over again, or will they be saved.
Also, is there a fee to upgrade to the fully licensed version? I am not too computer savy. If please advise me on how to upgrade.

Your settings aren't touched. The installer only replaces the DLL, that's all.

No. You are expected to keep up to date as old versions are not supported.

Download the current version, the full Installer version, and run it. There are Installation instructions provided inside the ZIP, but it is really no more than that.
