  1. With the full dll.xml restored and the "InterceptTextMenu=No" entry I no longer have the api.dll crash on exit.
  2. Pete, I am seeing an API.dll crash on exit also after installing ASN along with FSUIPC 4.924. I stripped down the dll.xml and started adding each product back one at a time. Three entries cause the issue two of them from Feelthere, E145XH.dll and EjetH.dll and also the LevelD lvld.dll. Adding any one of those back causes the API.dll crash on exit. I shall try re-ordering but the file has been in this order for some time.
  3. Just to add my own experience of 'memory chip configurations' on a new build. I installed 16GB RAM as a matched set from a well known supplier made up of four modules and would randomly get BEX errors Testing of each module with memtest indicated no faults but when tested all together an error was recorded. By switching one pair in the corresponding sockets resolved the problem. Just one possibility for the BEX errors.
  4. Hello, still no name??? No I don't use the target software. Why use TARGET also? If you look at the image I posted you'll see the OFF BUTTON as Pete has suggested assigned for reverse on one lever for #1 engine. You then add a line to the fsuipc.ini for the # 2 engine as shown. On the second lever assign the OFF BUTTON to #3 engine and again an entry for #4 in the .ini I added a THROTTLE CUT on moving the levers back to idle.
  5. Yes it is using the OFF buttons actuated by lifting the throttles to the off position.
  6. Hello ??? I have setup the TM Hotas Warthog for 4 engine reverse by: And editing the .ini file to: 0=R1,29,C66635,0 1=U1,29,C65604,0 2=R1,29,C66636,0 3=R1,28,C66637,0 4=U1,28,C65604,0 5=R1,28,C66638,0
  7. Nice feature that Pete for us realtime flyers :)
  8. WideFS7 requires a separate key purchased separately unless you bought both products bundled together. The keys are listed in your Simmarket account.

    Pete's Cockpit

Thanks for the insight Pete, it's nice to see a developers own interests within the hobby. And of course great to see a few of the known names of the sim-world getting together.
  10. Axel, Are you using the latest EFB version, 1.3.2. The changelog is listed here http://www.aivlasoft.com/download/changelog.htm I ran an earlier version on a client PC but decided not to proceed at that time as there were (maybe still is) simconnect issues whilst using the PMDG NGX. This resulted in AI traffic not been updated.
  11. Slightly different direction Gary, have you tried using LINDA with it's scripts for the NGX.
  12. Congratulations Pete on the lifetime achievement award from Avsim. A well deserved honour and I take the opportunity to express my personal thanks for contribution to my flightsim pleasure.
  13. Hello Pete, I believe this was resolved with an update to 3.96 that affected the PMDG 737-800 radios also. SGAMBATERRA ? try the latest beta.
  14. Pete, I'm pleased you've managed to reproduce the problem and there is no rush to try and resolve. We know that 3.93 will keep us happy. It was just weird why this arose after all this time and generations of FSUIPC updates. Just to confirm 3.947 worked ok the whole online flight.
  15. Currently mid flight online running Version 3.947 without problem. I'll try your suggestions but i'm away until next weekend.
  16. The -800 -900 add-on pack does make changes to the earlier models, to what extent I couldn't say. Changing freq/active radio 'seems' to get worse over time or maybe 'load' on the sim. Varying the PMDG options for update rates has no effect.
  17. Windows XP Sp3 Problem exists in both 2D and Virtual cockpits. Removing ActiGate.dll has no effect.
  18. Pete, I'm not seeing this issue on a default FS9 a/c. Yes along with WideServer 6.7.8.0 and WideClient 6.7.9.1 installed Problem continues to exist with new .ini file Squawkbox 4 ShowText FlightKeeper Topcat Active Sky Advanced TSR AutoBrake ICAO Position All running via WideFS None installed Module list submitted via email along with FSUIPC/WideFS ini and logs.
  19. I'm going to reinstall ver 3.96 updated to 3.964 and run both the PMDG 737-800 which gives problems and a default FS9 aircraft. Is there any logging you require Pete?
  20. You may well be correct on the memory issue Pete as generally the comm freq / active radio will change eventually, sometimes quicker than others but can be several or even tens of seconds. For those of us experiencing this issue reverting to an earlier FSUIPC version (3.93 for me)does resolve it.
  21. Firstly Pete many thanks for the continued development of your modules, they have provided years of enjoyment to my flightsim experience. I run FS9 with FSUIPC 3.93, Wide Server 6.7.8.0 and a client pc with 6.7.9.1, all working very smoothly :D :-) I recently upgraded to FSUIPC 3.96 and immediately ran into problems. The first to show was the joystick timeout on the Saitek which was easily rectified by increasing the setting to 20. Mainly I use a PMDG 737 and noticed a delay in getting power on the buses from a cold start, several seconds before the EICAS/ND lit up, changing radio freq's were very slow (too slow for online use) and updating fuel load from TopCat (running on wide client) ceased to function. As the .ini file dated back a few versions I deleted both FSUIPC .dll and .ini files reinstalled ver 3.96 and reconfigured my setup. Alas to no avail, replacing both files with 3.93 versions (backed up  ) and all is back to normal. I have tried upgrading again but hit the same problem. I can't see why this should be occurring but will experiment again when I have time. Posted for your info, I'm quite happily back in business with 3.93, which serves me well enough (at present).
