The full message in FSX which runs across the top of the screen in a green ribbon is: "Microsoft Flight Simulator X SimConnect Error has been detected, restarting connection" I've used FSX since reassigning so I guess the log wont pertain to the problem eh? Hi Pete, I'm long time FSUIPC fan and virtually all my buttons/switches are via FSUIPC. Yesterday a strange thing happened. The switch I use for APmaster suddenly refused to respond. I tried re-assigning but no dice. I had to revert to FSX controls (Z). FSUIPC did play nicely with another switch on another controller. At the same time I got the 'Simconnect error has been detected blah blah' message. Are they connected? Should I reinstall FSUIPC? 'Scratches head' :???:
