Hi,
The only way to clear the jam, .. is to use DELETE command e.g. DELETE AAA123, to DELETE one of the aircraft involved in the jam.
There is a penalty of course i.e. -200 points
It's discussed on page 44 of the Tower manual.

Hi Mike,
They are in the \Tracon! 2012\Manual folder, .. in pdf format. There should be an image on the 1st page with the Handoff Sectors and their Frequencies.

Huh? .. all the frequencies/sectors etc are contained in the NY_Tracon.pdf, which you'll find in the \Tracon! 2012\Manual folder.
