AVC is running on a second PC and I have WideFS (6.101) installed and running correctly. Using FSUIPC 3.129, I programmed a joystick button to send PTT on/off but AVC is not responding. The FSUIPC PTT control is for a local AVC or RW. for WideFS you need to program a pair of KeySends and add KeySend definitions for RWon and RWoff into the appropriate WideClient.ini. EricL Posted December 19, 2003 Author Report Share Posted December 19, 2003 Well, the first thing I tried was the keySend stuff, but it didn't work. If that can be of any importance, I never had RW installed, only AVC. I was able to change freq on AVC from the ATC directory in Squawkbox though. This shows AVC correctly handles RW change freq mechanism. I'll have another look and try again. Can I activate some sort of WideClient log to check what it receives or activates? Eric.
