Simmarket payware HELP!

Hi Peter,

I have downloaded the FSUPIC and WIDEFS from your website.

I followed the link to simmarket for the payware side of things.

I put all my details in payed by credit card and got a confirmation email. However I did not see at any point that it specified how the license keys were going to get to me, it did take my home living address.

I was expected to be emailed a link to get to the CD keys etc?

I have not received these yet. I did only do it about an hour ago.

13th Jan 18:00pm? Any ideas?

I am a bit worried about how I will get these keys surely they will not send them to me via post as i did not specify that?

I don't have a website, but you probably mean Enrico Schiratti's site, as he does present all my software. Other sites only provide some of it.

I think you'll find, if you read it again, that they undertake to send the key(s) to you within 24 hours. Generally it is faster, but it depends on the time of day. Humans are involved and they do eat and sleep. :wink:

If you applied by email the response is to the same email address. The home address is normally for verification of credit card, if that's how you paid.

Only allowing one hour before getting so het up is a little extreme, isn't it? Many sites providing keys for downloaded programs only undertake to do so within two days or more. SimMarket are very efficient and usually it is only a few hours. If you don't hear within 24 hours, as stated on the site, report the problem via http://www.simmarket.com's Customer Services.

You might also want to take a quick look in the "Your account" section at SimMarket. I haven't received an email from them after paying for WideFS, but my key is posted there on their website.
