Mouse over shows (Set Fuel Levels to N%) but doesnt change levels. I have only heard of the TC fuel management gauges -- I believe Tom Corson, the author, has revised these recently -- the FS9 version is either called TC.FuelStatusCG2K4.gau or TC.FuelStatusPR2K4.gau.
