Can i control Aircraft / Heli fails via externaly software in the network

a sort of instructors PC via your software ? - and do you have any

ide of software to use (I use FS2004)

Yes, you can set failures through WideFS and FSUIPC. I don't know of any ready-made programs offhand, but I bet there are some around. Try, for instance, the FS Instructor link on the http://www.schiratti.com/dowson page (right-hand side). That may do them. There was also this news item about a year ago:

Instructor Console 1.0 Released

LAS Simulation has just released their application called "Instructor Console 1.0". This application, designed for FS2000 and FS2002 allows you to become a virtual flight instructor who can monitor and control what happens in the cockpit. It works in near real-time, giving you the flexibility to create real-world scenarios on the fly. More information about this product is available at http://www.InstructorConsole.com.

but the link it gives seems to be dead now.

Do a search of likely places or ask around in more forums.
