A330 panel by Eric Marciano and FSUIPC 2.975

Hello Pete!

i have a probelem with the above panel! i am using FSUIPC 2.975 as freeware and have always been using it!

recently i downloaded this panel and installed it all including the navdata as recommended! now i found out about a key to the A330.gau !

i cannot see any of the navaid objects on my ND and the FMC included in his panel doesnt work either! could this be because i havent registered the A330.gau yet??? and if so where do i have to register that file or to be more specific where do i have to put the key? i havent fond a registration folder or any editable file for FSUIPC neither could i find a registration page within the module in fs2002 which i am running.

i am pretty positive that the missing registration is the factor why i cant use the panel including the FMC provided!

That's fine, as long as you understand that it isn't supported any more.

No, because registration wasn't introduced into FSUIPC until version 3.00. Maybe the gauge is written only for FSUIPC 3 or later? I really don't know, you'll have to ask the author.

No, that cannot be. The gauge's attempts to register will do no harm in versions of FSUIPC before 3.00, they'll simply be ignored. The gauge won't know or care either way.
