FSUIPC 3.47 not updating the .ini file

I installed version 3.47 yesterday. The problem is that this version is not writing back to update the fsuipc.ini file. For example, if I delete the .ini file to allow fsuipc to create a fresh .ini file, it does not do it. Also, if I use my old .ini file and make some changes, like re-setting the axes or re-assign some keys/buttons, the .ini file does not get updated.

It will do it when you next run FS. It has always worked like this.

Also, if I use my old .ini file and make some changes, like re-setting the axes or re-assign some keys/buttons, the .ini file does not get updated.

Remove read-only attributes for INI files.
