of Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004, but I don't know how to activate

FSInterrogate.exe.

Have you got FSinterrogate? It is in the FSUIPC SDK. To "activate" it you simply run it. It is a program!

Yes, it's frewware. You download it from the same place you downloaded FSUIPC... http://www.schiratti.com/dowson

Look directly under the FSUIPC entry in the list and download the FSUIPC SDK. When you unzip the file, you'll find FSInterrogate in there.
