So far almost 100% of such cases have been down to finger trouble. All three parts (name, email and key) MUST be exactly as specified in the notification. Cut and Paste if you aren't sure how to do that. Try again. If you still get problems come back and I'll tell you what to do. There is a very remote possibility that the suppliers made a mistake.
