Sorry. I don't understand the question. The FSUIPC programmable interface is defined in documentation in the FSUIPC SDK. There is no relationship whatsoever between the hexadecimal "offsets" defined there (which are, these days, primarily just token names) to any "numbers" elsewhere, no matter whatever numbers it is you are referring to.
