Hello Chrisnic.

I've exactly the same problem as yours... I also made the BIG mistake to install the new version of FS Real Time, which comes together with the unregistered FSUIPC v3.50.

Before that, I was using FSUIPC v3.47 together with PMDG 747-400 without ANY PROBLEM.

Now, my 747-400 is totally useless...

And furthermore, FS9 crashes all the time when I'm loading the PMDG 737-800 as well !!!!

Two PMDG products corrupted for a single FSUIPC module change...!!!!

On the other side, Level-D 767-300 is still perfectly reliable since the very first day I've installed it.

But the idea to pay for two PMDG products which are always subject to crashes and/or malfunctions at each FSUIPC version change drives me CRAZY !!!!!

What I have done with PMDG 747 asking for a later vers. of FSUIP is to delete the FSUIP.key from the Modules folder. Now PMDG 747 is running fine. PMDG 737 does not allow me to use the keyboard in FS9 - anyone have a answer to that.

Please contact PMDG support about this. If there is a bug there it needs to be fixed. I cannot support any old versions of FSUIPC, and in fact some later PMDG products will be dependent upon later versions of FSUIPC.

This is not at all related to FSUIPC. I am using the 737-800 with no problems at all. And merely replacing the FSUIPC.DLL corrupts nothing whatsoever.

Pete

Sorry, I really cannot correct such silly version check bugs in other folks programs. I expect a patch will be forthcoming from PMDG if it hasn't already. Either way, it is they you need to address.

If things work with FSUIPC without your user registration it is a pretty sure indication of an invalid (i.e. illegally generated) user key. Deleting the KEY file containing the pirated key is the correct and only solution.

Registration is not a function of the DLL, only the local KEY file on your PC, which is generated when you register. There is no registration effect of merely updating the DLL, and in any case you should always keep up to date. Older versions are not supported.

Pete you are right!I reckon! Guys.. if you want to fly the pmdg747 and other planes which uses the Fsuipc... delete your keys obtained by Keygen.... and install the fsuipc again and buy the license key... legally! Thats what I DId!
