I test this PDA for connetion with FS2004 via GPSout, but not worked it. For comunication I use USB sync cable. In gpsout.ini I have setup for USB usage from this web http://www.homepages.mcb.net/bones/04fs/tutorial/GPS.htm and in OziExplorer CE is port COM1:Serial. But not work. ActiveSync is killed by Kill ActiveSync freeware utility. It's problem with new Windows Mobile 5.0? Or GPSout dont like integrated GPS? Neither are relevant, as all GPSout does is throw standard NMEA sentences out of the Port you specify at the speed you specify. Nothing more, it is very very simple. Go to http://www.systeminternals.com and get PortMon. Use it to check that the data is going to the port. Everything after that is to do with your cable and device, or its software.
