chestajeff
I have a Precision flight controls model Cirrus. I am running FS9. I would like to add my Garmin GPS III pilot. Can this be done using USB. My serial port is being used by the Cirrus. I have downloaded the latest GPS Scout. Thanks in advance for any help! In fact they work better than real COM ports, so much so that I'd recommend using one for the PFC gear and leave the real COM port for the less arduous GPSout tasks. chestajeff
Thanks for the reply, will I need to reconfigure my PFC or will it work like "plug and Play"?? Thank you again!!
Pete Dowson
Thanks for the reply, will I need to reconfigure my PFC or will it work like "plug and Play"?? The COM port number will change, so you'd need to tell PFC.DLL that -- editing it in the PFC.INI file is easiest. Nothing else will change.
