lima35
Hi all, do I have a chance to receive FS signals (other than GPS) on a handheld computer using Microsoft HPC2000 which is connected with the FS9 PC by a normal LAN? I got a nice handheld with a 9" display and would like to display some simple gauges in the same way I do it with FS9 and WideFS on a Laptop. Thanks

Unless it is using Windows 98/Me/2000 or XP and has a Pentium-compatible processor, I'm afraid you might be out of luck. It would need software written, or at least cross-compiled, specifically for it. I don't know, but i suspect, that even if I managed to do this for my WideClient program, the IPC interface used by it (inherited from the original FS5IPC and FS6IPC programs back in FSW95 and FS98 days) would not be implementable in the same way, so that even cross-compiled programs wouldn't be usable in any case.
