FSUIPC with FS2000 problems

Hello.

I am just having the usual FS2000 problem. I just bought the game 2 days ago to run on my slower laptop. Everytime I go to open the FSUIPC menu I get an error that says:

"fs2000.icd has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program.

An error log is being created"

I've tried unchecking the "Hide Menu Bar" option but no luck. I've even tried various versions of FSUIPC that I've dug up but no problem. I'm using a brand new installation of Windows 2000 and a fresh installation of FS2000. Anybody have any suggestions or another workaround?

Try using FS in Windowed mode, not full screen, at least when using the menu.
