Where is the .INI file located?

After looking around manually for this file and then performing a search for any .INI file, my computer doesn't find this file I see people talking about.

Where is this file located? I would like to have a look at it out of curiosity.

I'm running FS9 with the latest FSUIPC release for that version of FS.

Which "INI" file? All the files related to FSUIPC are in the FS Modules folder, next to FSUIPC.

Within the FSUIPC folders you will see one labelled "If you cannot see the dll.txt" Open and follow the instructions to make .ini visible. This bit me too. These instructions should come before Step 3 of the Project Magenta User Manual, Page 7.
