THANKS AND SORRY FOR MY ENGLISH Don't be sorry for your English, but please please please find the "Caps Lock" key on your keyboard and use lower case letters as well as capitalisation! If you mean that in FSUIPC4 you go to the Switches and Buttons options but nothing then works, when this has occurred before it has been because there is some bad Joystick Driver installed without the joystick attached. Please check your Windows "Game Controllers" (in the Windows control panel, Start -- Settings) and check for this. You'll either need to uninstall it, or connect the joystick it wants, as it is causing Windows to hang when being asked to read buttons. The only other possibility of that type is a bad mouse driver. Sometimes one older Kensington mouse driver has been known to cause problems like this. Otherwise, I am sorry but I don't know anything about the CPFlight hardware.
