Installer for FSUIPC4.DLL version 4.152

Looking in registry for FSX install path:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator\10.0

Parameter"SetupPath"

SetupPath="C:\FSX\"

Checking version of FSX.EXE:

... Version 10.0.61355.0 (Need at least 10.0.60905.0)

Checking compatibility with installed SimConnect:

... Probe Manifest fails to match base SimConnect needed to load FSUIPC4!

also my comp wont let me install sp1a for some reason i click the executable and it doesnt open. like i click it but no error message pops up just doesnt open.

It means what it says. The version of SimConnect which should have been installed with FSX is not correctly installed on your system. FSUIPC (and most other SimConnect add-ons) need that in order to load.

You need Microsoft support then. Without a proper FSX installation almost no add-ons can work. You are actually pretty unique in that the repair doesn't work, so there's something in your system which is preventing a correct FSX installation, and only MS can help there.
