Oh, thanks. Yes, it has always been writable -- it is used quite a bit, by PM for example. It must be a simple error. I'll fix it for the next update.

The same applies to the NAV2 OBS as well, of course, at 0C5E.

They use the "VOR1 SET" and "VOR2 SET" FS controls (or "Sim Events" as the official term goes).
