If you have a spare axis you can set it as reverse in FSUIPC. This facility is described in the documentation. Go to the FSUIPC options in FS (ALT M F) and check the last page (7 of 7) of the Joysticks tab. By default the reverser is assigned to the axis configured in FS as the Mixture control, but you can change this -- by editing FSUIPC.INI before loading FS.
