Flaps issue with PM GC EICAS and FSUIPC 3803/3804

Hi Pete

I have a problem with the 737 PM GC EICAS where the flaps gauge or indicator not responding anymore when the flaps are set.

Moving the flaplever, sets the flaps on the aircraft in the right position, but the PM software doesn't notice that and the flapsetting stays at 0.

Revert back to FSUIPC 3.80 solves the problem.

Thanks! Found it and fixed it -- an unforeseen side effect from another fix. It'l be okay in the next increment, probably 3.805 tomorrow 9monday).
