do you have any particular suggestions on how to set up the SAITEK equipment (yoke+throttle quadrant+pedals) like you did for CH products? Or we can use the same hints?

Sorry, I have no hints specific to either -- it is not possible as I have no such equipment. Whatever specific hints you found are from other (real) users.

However, in general a joystick is a joystick is a joystickThe main discussions regarding CH stuff was whether or not to use their "CH Manager" software instead of or as well as FSUIPC. I suspect you don't have that complication with Saitek.
