Pete Dowson Posted June 10, 2008 Report Posted June 10, 2008 Q; Packaged with each new dll version are the related documentation files in "pdf" format.Ny question is: Are the changes/updates to these pdf documents flagged in any way so the whole document does not have to be printed? Ah, you are one of those who likes to print them, are you? Can't be many as this is the first such request I've received! ;-) At present, no, documentation changes aren't flagged. But all of the changes which would be described somewhere or other in the manual are listed in the "History" document, so for facilities, options and so on (as opposed to mere explanations), that should dojust the latest part which always comes first. I'll think about adding a changes indication, maybe by sidelining. But not for trivial changes I think. Regards Pete
jgar Posted June 10, 2008 Author Report Posted June 10, 2008 Thanks for your prompt reply. Recognizing that you are kept a very busy person maintaining and responding to zillions of questions perhaps an updated document every few versions will do. Yes, maintaining documentation current is a habit I developed after 24 years of active duty, and 16 years as a civil servant, with the USAF.
