Sorry, I am totally lost and upset as I cant get my key to FSUIPC. I bought it (Customer 127381, Order 440499), I payed € 23.80 and this was debited on 27. 6. on my account.

Since 28. 6. I try to contact Simmarket but get only automatic useless answers. I also didnt succeed by sending a Trouble ticket. I wrote the whole complain but when I want to send it, the only answer is that my message was to short, it must have more then 5 characters! I start to ask me whether they want to take my money and cheat me. And I do also not know whether this is the right way to solve my problem. Its my last try.

I think you simply log into your account and retrieve your key. thousands of others do this, no problem.

And I do also not know whether this is the right way to solve my problem. Its my last try.

All you have to do as far as I know is log into your SimMarket account, then navigate to your purchases and you will see your Key. It is all handled automatically in SimMarket and I've not known it to go wrong.

If you still cannot do this (explain why, perhaps?), send me all the details privately, to petedowson@btconnect.com, and I'll see what I can do. I personally don't have anything to do with that side of things, I just do development and support.
