No. In fact you are expected to update your copy every time a new version comes out, as old ones 9and 3.70 is very very old) are not supported at all. The current version is 3.82. Just download it and install it as usual. And watch out for new versions now and then. Make sure you are using the latest WideFS too (6.75). FSUIPC4 is a separate product, but that is for FSX.
