The order is irrelevant to FSUIPC, excepting the new[Profile ...] sections, the order of which would determine the order they are listed in the popup selection menu. Within each section the ordering is also irrelevant, as each line is accessed by its keyword or number -- but of course for Buttons and Keys the numerical order of those keys determines the actionable order (but the order in the file does not).
