Why be so cryptic? Why don't you just say there are values for the inboard flaps but no values for the outboard flaps?

FSUIPC is merely relaying internal FS values, and all those offsets most certainly do work when they need to.

What aircraft is this with? Maybe it has no outboard flaps? Did you bother to check? Please do so before making strange unexplained postings -- look in the assorted [flaps...] sections in the Aircraft.CFG file. That'll tell you what parts to expect populated.

Sorry, but I have enough to do without wasting my time trying to interpret strange postings.
