I enter FS9 and try to access the FSUIPC to set up my config but my screen goes black and i DO NOT get to the menu. I must use the ESC key to get back to FS9. Sounds like one of the more usual video driver bugs. Try a newer or older video driver, or change to Windowed mode first. The FSUIPC options are in a standard Windows dialogue and there's nothing FSUIPC can do about video symptoms. It has no control over anything once the call's gone to Windows to open the dialogue.
