Offsets for B737 CMD A, B and CWS A B

Does anyone know FSUIPC offsets that acquire the state of CMD A and CMD B (autopilot) and CWS (control wheel steering) A and B for the B737?

FS does not simulate more than one autopilot. The one and only autopilot is switched on and off by the Autopilot master offset.

And FS does not simulate control wheel steering (CWS), so there are no offsets for that.
