Hello I have a fully legal copy of FSUIPC which was running beautifully in XP with Arrestor Cables 2.6. Then I switched to Windows 7 64 bit (not by choice I might add). ArrCab says its running and connecting with FS9, FSUIPC needed re-registering which I have done and it says so. BUT ArrCab doesnt seem to be talking to FS9 and is not responding to key inputs from FS9. Should I hate Windiz7 so much, as it seems to be a huge step back, or is it just that I am not clever enough. I run FS9 off an extension hard drive as I did happily with XP. Help.

There is absolutely no difference for FSUIPC whether you use Windows98, Me, 2000, XP, Vista or widows 7. I use Windows 7 on my main FS PC and Win XP on others. No problem.

What does FSUIPC say? Have you looked at its Log file, in the FS Modules folder. That's where information is provided, that's why it makes a Log file. Close FS and paste the FSUIPC log into a message here.

Pete
