Herb Posted October 14, 2010 Report Posted October 14, 2010 I set-up Joystick and Throttle for the FA/18 Hornet. In line 14=P0,29,K80,8 This is the P button. How can I assign Shift only to the Pinkie-trigger on the Joystick? So that I can shift with Pinkie and push other Buttons. In this case, I would have Push-back and pause on one button. This is my first try to set Buttons with FSUIPC. I have the SST Saitek Software too. But,fsuipc is much better with my Axis and buttons. I Deleted all axis assignment in FSX. Do I have to do the same in the FSX Button+Switches section for the buttons I do assign to FSUIPC? Herb
JSkorna Posted October 15, 2010 Report Posted October 15, 2010 Hi, Instead of editing the .ini you might try using the FSUIPC interface to make the changes.
Andydigital Posted October 15, 2010 Report Posted October 15, 2010 You cannot do compound button programming within the FSUIPC GUI, if you could it would be an amazing feature update for FSUIPC, but as Peter has said before he's not sure how he would implement it within the GUI, he hates the things to be honest.
Herb Posted October 16, 2010 Author Report Posted October 16, 2010 Hello! What button-press FSUIPC or FSX keyboard buttons, will bring-up the Cockpit view when in VC (virtual Cockpit)? Anybody knows? Herb /-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Got it now, set-up my 2nd 8-way hat switch with FSUIPC of course. I ask this question before: I Deleted all axis assignment in FSX. Do I have to do the same in the FSX Button+Switches section for the buttons I do assign to FSUIPC? Herb
