jaoder
Hello, Last week I downloaded the latest version of FSUIPC. I noticed that I have an issue with my Cessna Mustang and other A/C that the down elevator is acting funny. When I push my Saitek Pro Flight yoke in that the elevator either does not respond or goes full down. Up elevator work normally, I look in the joystick calibration section of FSUIPC and the yoke appears to be working correctly. I was wondering if anyone else has run across this? This has just recently started and I'm afraid I might have to reload FSX. I run all my control axis through FSUIPC, another question I have is looking over the command list I haven't come across the commands to switch between 2D & 3D cockpit views. Thanks, John

Such symptoms are almost always due to multiple assignment. Check that the relevant joystick controller is truly disabled in FS if you are only assigning in FSUIPC. You can always use FSUIPC's logging to see what is happening too. Check the axis logging option. another question I have is looking over the command list I haven't come across the commands to switch between 2D & 3D cockpit views. Again, in order to determine which control is which, just enable event logging in FSUIPC, then operate the control via the keyboard and lok in the log to see which one did it. I assume you normally use the A or S keys. I always get mixed up between them, but one will probably be View mode and the other View type.
