triple7300
Ever since I installed v.3.99 I cant get the PMDG 747 to work, I cannot get any outside applications to connect with FS9. For example, whenever I chose the PMDG 747 to fly with, it says" Your version of FSUIPC is too old...Flight Sim will now close". Also I fly with Virtual British Airways and I log flight hours using an external program however it will not detect that FS9 is open or that I even have FSUIPC. I have done the following things already: -I have installed using full admin settings and disabled UAC -I have deleted my fs9.cfg and let it rebuild a new one -defragged and cleaned up my hard disk Any thoughts? It won't be anything to do with an upgrade to 3.99, assuming you've installed it correctly and you are not using an invalid registration. Check the FSUIPC Log in the FS Modules folder, see what that says. And if it is a registered install, try removing the FSUIPC KEY file. If that makes things work then you either have a bad registration, or the PC's system date is incorrect, before your purchase date. -I have installed using full admin settings and disabled UAC-I have deleted my fs9.cfg and let it rebuild a new one -defragged and cleaned up my hard disk None of that is really particularly relevant to FSUIPC. I am just leaving this moment for a holiday. Back June 1st. So apoloogies for any delay in further replies. Pete
