V3.04 and the streaking

Just installed v3.04 registered to use in FS2004, Windows XP, GFx5600 256mb video card.

When I click on the modules tab and the FSUIPC opens, any attempt to move it around on the windowed screen I get the streaking effect like it is leaving tracks behind. Happens in full screen also.

Can anyone offer any assistance to cure this?

There's no cure. Just don't move it around. It is either this, or having the dialogue flashing all the time. FSUIPC stops the flashing otherwise caused by FS's use of DX9 by preventing it repainting its screen whilst you are in the dialogue. There's no other way I ever found.

Why keep moving it around in any case? :o

In fact, it is not only for fsuipc menu, I have same problem when moving around in menu fs itself, for example when I want to change weather and change the aircraft, weather menu is still in the back.
