Trouble with FSX FSUIPC4

Hi Pete,

Ed Shipley here, been awhile. How are you doing.

Lost my hard drive and had to do a rebuild. I also

lost my “FSUIPC4” REG CODE. I downloaded FSUIPC4

again and installed. When I came to window asking

for REG info I cancelled it. Worked OK for awhile then

I got this error

fsx.exe - Application Error

The instruction at "0x20c6a07e" reference memory at "0x0747164c". The memory could not be "read".

Click on OK to terminate the program.

Removed Modules folder from FSX root and never see error again.

Is this because I did not have and enter REG info ???????????????????

No.

I cannot help further because you provide no useful information .The crash you are getting is not in FSUIPC at all. Having deleted the Modules folder you have lost the Install log and the FSUIPC log so there's no information. And I ALWAYS need version numbers please.
