old key

I have an old key bought into simmarket. For one reason or another, the website can not identify my key in order to get the discount. What can I do?

It says if I have fsuipc3 I pay just 12 euros plus vat at simmarket for fsuipc4. With no key I pay 28 euros plus vat. I have the old key... but the system can not assume it...

What to do now?

They still offer that discount after all this time? I thought that was just an incentive offered after FSX release to get folks to upgrade! I'm amazed it is still offered!

Sorry, but if SimMarket have no record of your purchase I'm not sure you can do anything. Raise a problem ticket, maybe?

Problem tickets are the way to raise a problem with simMarket. They don't respond to emails, you have to use the ticket system.
